THE WHEAT & THE TARES...

We have been told that once a person has recited a sinner's prayer that they are saved. But is this true? See article below about the tares.

I apologize for the small print as I cannot change it....

"THE TARES WILL BE TAKEN FIRST"

The Bible states that the tares will be taken first during the harvest. The harvest is the end of the world or age. The harvest is a time of the wicked. The Scripture states in St. Matthew 13:30 "Let both grow together until the harvest: and in the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, gather you together first the tares, and bind them in bundles to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn. When we compare the tares and the wheat, the tares are the wicked. The Bible states in Matthew 13: 38-39, the field is the world; the good seed are the children of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked one. Verse 39-The enemy that sowed them is the devil, the harvest is the end of the world; and reapers are the angels.

The traditional doctrine teaches that the saints will not go through great tribulation, but the Bible teaches that the saints will go through. In St. Luke 17: 26-27-And as it was in the days of Noah so shalt it be also in the days of the Son of man. The Bible compares the days of Noah with the days of the Son of man. When we observe the events that happened in those days with the events in our day, the wicked continues to be sinful. The Bible states in Daniel 12: 9-10-"And he said, Go thy way, Daniel: for the words are closed up and sealed till the time of the end. Verse 10- Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried; but the wicked shall do wickedly: and none of the wicked shall understand; but the wise shall understand.

The Bible states that the righteous will remain on the earth and the wicked will be removed. Proverbs 2: 21-22-"For the upright shall dwell in the land, and the perfect shall remain in it." Verse 22- "But the wicked shall be cut off from the earth, and the transgressors shall be rooted out of it." The harvest time is a time of trouble, the Bible declares in Joel 2:12- Let the heathen, be wakened, and come up to the valley of Jehoshaphat: for there will I sit to judge all the heathen round about. Verse 13- Put you in the sickle, for the harvest is ripe: come, get you down; for the press is full, the vats overflow; for their wickedness is great."

As we can see, the tares are gathered first to be burned and the wheat is put into the barn. Do you still want to be taken first?

be honor and glory forever and ever. Amein!"
